You can now use the product import to update any product's volume discount prices. To take advantage of this feature simply re-download the product import template (Admin->Import->Products) and refer to the instructions enclosed in this document.
More granular online shop abandon rate reporting

If you are familiar with our eCommerce Report Generator, you'd know that you can closely measure abandon rates of your online shop. Nearly every online shops loses sales to abandoned carts, so understanding where your customers abandon allows you to make improvements that impacts on your bottom line. We've made further improvements so you can dig even deeper into abandoned carts. The system now measures abandon rate in both $ value and quantity of items in 3 different areas.
- Before the customer checks out
- At the checkout / payment form
- If payment fails due to expired credit card, insufficient funds and so forth
There are various initiatives you can take in these areas to decrease the rate of abandoned carts. To learn more go to Reports->Create an eCommerce Report and choose Abandon Rate to create this report.
Product Copy feature

This much requested feature allows you to replicate a product in your online shop with a click of a button. This feature will copy a product including its attributes, grouping and upselling information, prices and the catalogs the original product belongs to. To try this out go to any product and click on "Copy this Product" in the Action Box.

RealEx please visit their website. To enable this payment gateway for your online shop simply go to eCommerce->Payment Gateways and choose it from the list of available gateways.
Multilingualize System Messages

Up until now, there was only one version of each system message available. This meant for example that your customers in the US and those in China would see the same "404 Page Not Found" message. Now you can display a different system message for each country that you operate in! To multilingualize your system messages simply go to Admin->System Messages. Choose the relevant country and change the message as required. Similar to the online shop, the correct system message will be displayed based on the current URL your website visitor is using to browse your site. So if your US customers use yourcompany.com, they will see the system message for the US. Whilst those using yourcompany.cn will see a Chinese version of the same system message.
Email Marketing: Archive feature released!

We've received numerous requests from customers who send multiple email newsletters each week to be able to archive older newsletters. This feature is now available. To archive a newsletter simply go to Marketing->Campaigns and right-click on any newsletter and choose "Archive". You can use the filter drop down on the same page to view all archived campaigns.
Email Marketing: Refer-a-Friend feature released!

You can now easily incorporate a Refer-a-Friend link in your email newsletters and encourage your subscribers to forward your newsletters to their friends. Adding this option to a newsletter is extremely easy. Simply add { tag_tellafriend } anywhere in your newsletter content.
And as always the Refer-a-Friend form and the subsequent email that is sent to those invited are 100% customizable. If you want to customize these further simply go to Admin->More Customization Options->Tell-a-Friend Layouts & System Emails.
Designer? Change your online shop output to use list items!

By default the online shop uses a table output. We are often asked by designers whether they can change the output to use unordered list items. This feature is now available. To take advantage of this option simply go to your main online shop layout (Admin->More Customization Options->Online Shop Layouts) and change: {tag_productlist,4} to {tag_productlist,4,,,,,true}. You can also do the same for the {tag_cataloguelist}.
Dynamic Menus - Selected menu item improvements

Up until recently only root-level menu items would be selected if the current page the user was on corresponded to a root menu item. Now if a child menu item is selected it's parent menu item will also be selected if you have provided a selected css class or image.
Give instant Secure Zone access by IP Address

Ever wanted to automatically give visitors from a particular IP address access to your secure content without forcing them to login? Now you can! This is a common requirement for many organizations. When you trust one or more IP addresses, then any visitor accessing secure content will gain instant access to that content without needing to be registered or even log in.
Ability to add Bookings to RSS Channels

We've just added support so you can share and syndicate your bookings via RSS. This means as you add new bookings (events) to your website, any customer who is subscribed to your RSS feeds will automatically be notified and receive details of these. To add a booking to an RSS channel simply go to: Modules->Bookings and choose the relevant Booking and select "Syndicate and share using RSS".
Customize rules for new customer comments

We've recently enhanced our comments module to give you much granular control over how the customer comments are handled. You can now choose to have new comments to be either approved or to require approval by default. You can also specify the role of users who should be notified when the new comments are posted by your customers. If you assign a role to an individual item, then that role will be used instead of the global role that you can specify via this feature. To configure these rules go to Modules->Comments and choose "Manage new comment rules".
